through training programs,
workshops, and seminars that
enhance both technical and soft
skills.

Through community engagement
activities, trainees extend their
acquired competencies by
conducting skills demonstrations
and basic training within the
community, reinforcing learning
while contributing to local
capacity building.

PTC-Palawan regularly conducts
consultations with industry
partners to ensure that training
programs remain aligned with
current labor market needs,
industry standards, and emerging
skills requirements.

PTC-Palawan has
installed a rainwater
storage system to
collect and store
rainwater, promoting
sustainable water
management and
reducing reliance on
municipal water
sources.

PTC-Palawan integrates environmental
sustainability in its training programs by
repurposing used and discarded
materials for practical learning
activities. This approach not only
teaches trainees eco-friendly practices
but also promotes creativity,
resourcefulness, and awareness of
sustainable development in technical
and vocational education.

PTC-Palawan actively promotes
gender equality by empowering
women to participate in nontraditional
trades, including
Carpentry NC II, Masonry NC II,
and Electrical Installation and
Maintenance NC II.

PTC-Palawan conducts
community-based training
tailored to the needs of
priority clients in
collaboration with the Local
Government Unit and other
National Government
Agencies for 4P’s, PDL, Senior
Citizens and other special
clients.
