The Provincial Training Center – Palawan proudly congratulates the Twenty-Five (25) graduates of Carpentry NC II under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) 2025 from Barangay Nicanor Zabala, Roxas, Palawan, one of the identified EO 70 barangays.
The graduation was held on September 13, 2025, at the Nicanor Zabala Covered Gym, attended by Hon. John A. De Asis, Barangay Captain of Nicanor Zabala; Hon. Pedy B. Sabando, Municipal Mayor of Roxas, represented by Mr. Abel Arzaga, Community Training and Employment Coordinator (CTEC); Hon. Bernie V. Valdez, Sangguniang Bayan Member of Roxas; Ms. Javelin E. Obrero, PTC Administrator; and Mr. Gerardo A. Mercado, TESDA Palawan Provincial Director, represented by Ms. Myla Pamplona.
The 38-day training with 3 days of Entrepreneurship equipped scholars with both carpentry and livelihood skills, reflecting TESDA PTC Palawan’s commitment to empowering communities through technical-vocational education.
