The Graduation Ceremony for Masonry NC II was held on October 28, 2025, at the Barangay San Isidro Covered Court in Roxas, Palawan, highlighting the trainees’ successful completion of their training and celebrating their hard work, perseverance, and dedication throughout their learning journey under the Provincial Training Center – Palawan.
The closing ceremony was graced by our honorable guests and partners: Hon. Analyn H. Magbanua, Barangay Captain of San Isidro, Roxas, Palawan, who gave the Welcome Remarks; Hon. Pedy B. Sabando, Municipal Mayor of Roxas, Palawan, represented by Mr. Abel B. Arzaga, CTEC Focal of Roxas, Palawan; Hon. Bernie V. Valdez, Sangguniang Bayan Member, represented by Mr. Arci Bulan Gonzaga, who shared an inspiring message; Mr. Kim Ryan Tadlas, TESD Specialist II, representing Ma’am Javelin E. Obrero, PTC Administrator, who presented the graduates; and Ms. Mary Grace Francisco, Scholarship Focal, representing Mr. Gerardo A. Mercado, Provincial Director of TESDA Palawan, who confirmed the graduates and delivered an encouraging message.
Certificates were awarded by Hon. Pedy B. Sabando (represented by Mr. Abel B. Arzaga), Hon. Bernie V. Valdez (represented by Mr. Arci Bulan Gonzaga), Hon. Analyn H. Magbanua, Ms. Mary Grace Francisco, and Mr. Kim Ryan Tadlas.
A heartfelt testimony was shared by Ms. May Jaranilla, followed by inspiring Closing Remarks from Mr. Abel B. Arzaga.
