The graduation ceremony was held on November 24, 2025, at the Municipal Function Hall, Roxas, Palawan.
We thanked our honored officials and guests: Hon. Pedy B. Sabando, Municipal Mayor of Roxas, represented by Hon. Alonzo D. Gabinete, Sangguniang Bayan Member; Hon. Bernie V. Valdez, Sangguniang Bayan Member; Mr. Abel Arzaga, CTEC Coordinator; Mr. Ryan Tan, PESO Manager, Roxas; and Mr. Jun Mark Y. Pido, Municipal Team Leader, DSWD-4Ps, for their inspiring messages and support.
Graduates from Batch 1 to Batch 4 were presented by Ma’am Carmela S. Tabang, Senior TESDA Specialist, with the ceremony confirmed by PD John D. Simborios, TESDA Provincial Director, represented by Ma’am Javelin E. Obrero, Center Administrator.
Rosalie B. Amurao (Brgy. Caramay) and Anabelle G. Borja (Brgy. San Miguel) shared inspiring testimonies of perseverance and hope for a brighter future.
