Chips and Jam Making for PWUD's

In line with TESDA's mission to provide inclusive and accessible Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET), the Provincial Training Center – Palawan in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Brookes Point, Palawan, conducted a Two (2)-Day Basic Food Processing (Chips and Jam Making) training for 18 PWUDs under the custody of the Brookes Point Municipal Anti-Drug Council (MADAC) at Balay Silangan.

The closing program was graced by Mayor Cesareo R. Benedito Jr., Vice Mayor Atty. Mary Jean D. Feliciano, Sanggunian Bayan Member Kiel Rodriguez, Brookes Point CTEC Ms. Refeyong Benedito, and MADAC focal person Mr. Muksin III H. Ibrahim.

After the said community-based training, the graduates will undergo Entrepreneurship Level IV training to further enhance their knowledge in business management, financial literacy, and enterprise development to equip them with the competencies necessary to transform their acquired food processing skills into sustainable livelihood opportunities, thereby fostering self-sufficiency and ensuring their successful reintegration into the community as productive and responsible citizens.
